Trip Basics

• Trip Dates: April 11 – April 19, 2026
• Trip cost: $550 + airfare (financial aid may be available)
• Team Meetings in Portland, OR are usually held on Saturdays, 9 – 11 am. Keep an eye on this page for the schedule.

 Typical Trip Outline

This is an example of a typical week. Always refer to your trip documents for up-to-date information.

• Day 1, Saturday: Arrive for our first team meeting at 5pm in Guatemala City.
• Day 2, Sunday: Travel together to Santa Catarina Mita, aka Catocha. Prepare for the service week.
• Days 3-7, Monday-Friday: Service days.
• Day 8, Saturday: Travel together to Guatemala City for those with early departure, then on to Antigua for post trip relaxation.
• Day 9, Sunday: Departure: you are on your own.

We are an all-volunteer managed organization, There is no paid staff to make arrangements.
